Question 1
how would you juggle having multiple things on your plate at once?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The hiring process is highly impersonal. You record a video of yourself, answering automated questions in a home environment, rather than talking to an actual person and discussing job qualities, questions, and so on. There is no indication of how well you are doing, or what the employer is thinking, making it extremely hard to judge what to say and how to speak.
With normal interviews, I'm very used to having a pleasant conversation and generally good rapport between interviewer and interviewee, but in an automated process with no actual human talking to you and only one chance to plan what you're going to say before you record, it's stressful and uncertain in timing and content.
Once the 'interview' is finished, you submit the video and hear nothing back for weeks--unless they decide to accept you.

Question 1
Questions were generally rather odd and unimportant to start with, such as "what did you eat for breakfast this morning" and "what is your favorite cartoon". Questions only became relevant about halfway through, and felt distant/uninterested with the context and phrasing.
