You must first complete a video interview. It was definitely the one that caused me the most anxiety. The good and bad of this process are the same. You are able to review each response, and either re-do it or approve it for submittal. The questions weren't difficult, but I was very critical of my answers so I re-recorded several a few times. Once you passed this process, then multiple interviews were conducted with groups of 2-4 people. I had about 5 interviews overall. The interviews were conversational and there weren't any "typical" questions asked. Overall, a pleasant experience and very personable.
