Casual on the surface, but good in the sense that it was intense. There were actually six interviews conducted one after another for 30 minutes each. It was definitely thorough and can get you pumped up to be part of the team but in the end, many of the things that were talked about for this new position with a new team were just a pipedream as they never developed. Instead, it was a mediocre position that was not challenging and the website was not as good as it could have been.
