First of all, the recruiter reached out to me about 2 positions that they had open, I did not apply and it was very much a cold-call. But, the jobs seemed interesting so I took the interviews. After I interviewed with both managers on 2 different days and 3 re-schedules on their part, I received no follow-up from anyone. It was a complete waste of time. Throughout the interview, I mainly asked questions. They just talked and didn't actually seem interested in finding out my KSAs or reasons for wanting to interview for the role. After everything, I feel like they just interviewed me because they had to and filled the role internally. Again, waste of time.
