I enjoyed the interview process with HR Recruiter. He asked pertinent questions and provided invaluable insight into the role and the structure of the organization. The recruiter was friendly and informative. He also made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Interview
They seemed to be trying to find reasons NOT to hire me. Kept asking questions for why i would NOT like the job or would NOT be successful. As if they were trying to talk me out of being interested. Didn't give me opportunity to ask questions of them and get comfortable. And after going through the interview process and being identified as the finalist, i then had to do a lengthy writing assignment (over a weekend!) for a VP position. Should have never taken the job after the horrible interview process.
