Interview
Two interviews, one with team members and one with royalty manager. Not too formal and they both focused on your previous experiences. There is a test for royalties and writing emails

Interview felt really informal, as to be expected in a creative industry. Interviewed for 2 different teams in person and both were really welcoming, lighthearted and friendly. Had a technical Excel task that was treated as open book also.
