3 stage process:
1st stage: Video interview with Talent Acquisition Manager
2nd stage: Video interview with Head of Strategic Programme management. Case study sent 1 hour before interview. 1 slide had to be produced and sent before the start of the interview.
3rd stage: Video interview with CFO
