Found posting on job board and submitted an application. Employee reached out for an initial call which we completed, then he said the next person would be in touch. I heard nothing for 2 or 3 weeks until I reached out to the same individual and asked for an update. At which point, things moved very quickly and I had 2 additional interviews in a matter of 5-10 days. The process was good, once I reminded the first individual that I was still interested.
