Very blunt and straight to the point in the best way. The people here are very down to earth and friendly despite the fact that it is a large corporation.

Interview
2-3 layers of interviews with various levels of management. Mostly common question and answer formats surrounding experience in customer service and relevant skills. It is helpful to know a few of the team members prior to interviewing. Focus on softskills and interpersonal navigation abilities. Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to spontaneously adapt in high pressure situations.
