Interview process was very simple. Phone interview was quick, professional, and thorough. Was asked to come in for an in person interview the next day. Also very simple and standard questions. All of that good was immediately erased when management was unable to pick up a phone. I had followed up with the interviews 3 days after the in person and 5 days after the in person. Both times the CSR was friendly and took my info and said the hiring team would call back and both times I received nothing. You claim to care and need people comfortable on phones and yet you can't call back someone who genuinely wanted to work for you. If you can't do that for a potential employee you can only imagine what happens to families who have been deemed difficult.
