I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Watson (CA) (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Went through three rounds of interviews, and compiled two work samples with social posts for past campaigns. The final interview was in-depth, and I was asked about my opinion on social campaigns in entertainment, my favorite films, my favorite books, etc. I emailed twice to follow up on my job application status post-interview...nothing. I didn't find out they hired someone else until I dug around on LinkedIn.

Interview
They had me go through two rounds of providing ideas and concepts for upcoming major studio movie campaigns before being brought in for an interview. During the interview we discussed my ideas at greater length. They ultimately hired someone else, but they are currently implementing one of my ideas without compensating me for my time or offering me a position.
