I interviewed with Watts Water Technologies and had a disappointing candidate experience. Initial conversations with Scott Watson were positive and gave the impression the process was moving forward. However, after the interviews, there was no follow-up or closure despite reasonable attempts to check in. Scott appears to be well trained in the ghosting process, as communication completely stopped.
