This was a very professional interview, There was a great sense of company culture as well . It felt like a casual and comfortable conversation. Also it wasn't too overly lengthy.

The process begins with a pretty in-depth personality test and then there’s an in-person interview with a test to basically label a section plan. The section plan test isn’t as intimidating as you’d think because they’re really just trying to get a feel for how much you know about home construction.
