Waypoint interview questions

Tejre were several questions regarding clinical skills, including how to handle crisis situations. It is a very easy job to get due to frequent turnover. The process was not too difficult.

Done virtually over Microsoft Teams, with one main interviewer and two supplemental interviewers. If approved from the initial session, then followed up with an in-person informal interview / meet-and-greet. Questions were based around interviewee's personaly integrity and skills related to social groups and emotional intelligence.
