I applied on Indeed and was called on for a in person interview that went quite well. Then I was told to work a project that would be a real life scenario in the role. I had a good time to do it and didn’t mind. Then I was called and invited to the second interview in which I had to work on yes a second project. I felt I didn’t have to much time to do it and used my whole weekend. I was interviewed by one of the creators of the company, hiring manager and another manager. The founder walked in 15 minutes late in the middle of my presentation. I was called within a week to not get an offer but I was happy the hiring manager at least called and stayed professional. I could tell it wasn’t her asking me to jump through the hoops of the interview and all these projects must have been upper management.
