The interview takes 8 hours, you can take a rest if you want. I was asked to finish a whole project within this time range, not exactly an interview for a junior position.

Eight hour "test" where interviewee was asked to build a web application using contemporary JavaScript libraries. All done live on a Skype call "Just for us to see that you are the one working on the test and not someone else."
Running an 8-hour online coding test and present the demo to the boss. They ask to Monitor the process the whole time, but allow you to finish up early or take a break.
