They went through my resume and asked questions based on my experiences. This was a little different than the usual generic question style interviews. It was a little intimidating online but it wasn't the worst interview I've encountered.

Two stage interview, one is a technical interview the other you describe a personal project. In the technical interview the interviewer is very helpful and supportive to help you complete the questions
