I applied online. I interviewed at WebMD Health (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and was emailed just a few days later to come in for an interview - did not even have a phone interview.
I was supposed to meet with 3 people, but met with 4. Half of them were nice and I clicked very well with them, the interview was more conversational and they even admitted what a good fit I was. They seemed like genuine people I would have loved to work with.
The other 2 made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and were very rude. I felt like they were just exerting their power and authority over me. The first person I met with, no matter WHAT I said I was looking for or what the job entails, would completely disagree with me and tell me that it wasn't what I was looking for. When I said the same things to the other people I met with, they agreed with me...So I don't know what this one person's issue was. Maybe they just didn't like the looks of me from the start and wanted to make me not want the job.
The other person I met with was very strange. They just stared at me the whole time after I would respond to their questions and would take notes. There was one point where he even said "what does that mean", when my answer was very clear. Like I said, I felt like they just wanted to make me uncomfortable and exert their authority.
I did not even follow up with them because they left a very awful impression on me, but I have not even received an email saying that I'm not moving forward.
Easy, not intimidating. Super day interview consisting of 3 30 minute interviews. They got back to me very quickly with an offer. They took their time to explain exactly what the position entails.

Interview
HR screen, 1 supervisor, 4 team members. Not too difficult. It depends on who you talk to. Basic interview questions. Took about 2 weeks to find out if I was offered the job

Interview
This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever come across. I followed up after I had the job interview and the woman who I followed up with said that another person would reach out to me. They never did. I followed up about five times. HR-- THIS IS YOUR JOB! Let people know if they have or have not received a job offer. The process was absolutely ridiculous.
