2 technical interviews, very supportive HR, they communicate with you in your Regional language to make you feel more comfortable...... TILL YOU GET SELECTED IN TECHNICAL INTERVIEW. - then they'll tell you about the 1yr contract they have and they deny to send you the offer. - surprising thing is they have 1yr contract for even a candidate holding more than 5yrs of experience. - you have to agree to sign the contract without looking at the offer as well as contract papers - it's waste of time if you get selected and ask for the offer without visiting their office and signing their contract. - they'll say, "we'll match your expectations of CTC", then you'll pass the technical rounds, and once you get selected, you'll not get any CTC doc /offer/CTC breakup/ not even the the amount they're offering - the only important thing is your sign on their contract which they want to keep abstract - they asked me to do joining process without showing me the offer letter and were forcing me to do so. - also asked me to join the company and work on their project part time while serving notice period in my previous organisation.
