I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WebTPA
Interview
A few days after I applied for a role, I was contacted by a recruiter. I had applied for a remote role, but the recruiter informed me that it was for on-site work only.
After my phone screening, I had an in-person interview. This was a panel interview with five people in total. Three were present on Teams. However, only one person was asking me questions, which defeats the purpose of a panel interview. It was more of a quiz than an actual interview. I was not even asked STAR method-type questions. I later discovered that the role I had interviewed for was for a different claim examiner position, specifically a Voluntary Claims Examiner, than the one I had applied for. Complete bait and switch! Be aware!
