      Project Coordinator Interview

      1 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Webcor

      Interview

I was initially contacted by a recruiter to discuss a Project Coordinator role. Prior to the call, I confirmed salary expectations, but during the conversation was informed that a different role would be required to meet that range. The recruiter had limited knowledge of the position and was unable to answer most of my questions, which made it difficult to fully understand the opportunity. Despite agreeing to a follow-up interview, I never heard back. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and like a waste of time, as the recruiter seemed unprepared and communication dropped off after the initial conversation.
