Interview
Interview was over the phone and about 15-20 min. Asked about background and interests. In return, the recruiter talked about webflow and the company culture. Overall, nothing crazy I did not move past the recruiter call.
Initial video call with Talent, then a second video call with the hiring manager. There was no response from the Talent team after I reached out for an update.
I've gone through 2 separate experiences (with different roles at Webflow) and have been ghosted twice. It's unfortunate that this is the recruitment experience for a candidate. I've seen similar Glassdoor reviews regarding their recruitment process, I guess Webflow doesn't care enough to change.
