The hiring and interview process was mostly quite informal and amateur. Two people technical people interviewed myself. Most of the questions were asked by one of the interviewers though. No follow-up questions were asked, and I got a strong impression that the interviewers weren’t interested.
They were also quite difficult when I asked any questions about the business. I got the sense there was a culture with a lack of trust.
Communication, apart from that phone interview, was primary via email. If they like what they hear from the phone interview, you’ll be invited to do a technical exercise, in your own time, without any knowledge of their systems.
