Interview is phone interview. Then a visit to site and then need to ensure you will pass a medical exam. Overall not too bad. Just wear smart casual. Good opportunity for early school leavers.

Got work for 7 in the morning got familiar with the trades in the canteen liase with contracts manager got inducted shown around the site and took over about 10am it was a very presented site
