Weddingz.in Venue Manager interview questions

My interview for the Venue Manager role was scheduled at 3 PM but began around 3:40 PM at the Sanpada/Juinagar venue. I went in well-prepared for a discussion on event sales, client handling, and lead conversion, but the conversation shifted unexpectedly. The interviewer did not have a laptop to review my resume and focused mainly on my CV format and appearance instead of discussing skills or job responsibilities. He also interrupted frequently, seemed impatient, and made several personal remarks about my salary growth and relationship status, which felt unprofessional and out of place. The entire interaction lasted barely ten minutes and not a single job-related question was asked. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the professionalism expected from a reputed brand.
