Thank you for your review. We want everyone who interacts with Wefarm to enjoy doing so, and so I’m disappointed to hear that your experience wasn’t positive. Feedback is always an opportunity for us to learn and improve and we've already ensured that any lessons from this have been applied to our hiring process.
On the specific points that you raised:
We do have a detailed hiring process and structure in place - and our teams have worked really hard to create this. We typically receive hundreds of applications for each role and organising this pipeline takes time. We created each step in the process so that everyone receives a full review of their application from relevant parts of the business and that applicants have the chance to meet as many team members as possible, to see if Wefarm is right for them. This process is normally 3-4 steps, which is fairly normal for a high-growth business looking to hire the best talent.
Feedback is really important and it's an area that we are working to improve. However, we do provide feedback for candidates that make it through to the second stage (which is only fair, given the time that candidates invest in the process!).
Thank you for your time and for considering Wefarm and we really appreciate your honest feedback.
Best,
Alex
