Two interview process, first interview is with department manager/supervisor, the second is with same person and one of the owners. Verily basic questions, not to difficult. They are just trying to find out what type of experience you have.

Interview
Easy interview, just a few questions and a tour around the place. Very extensive application to fill out. There is a drug test as well where they take you in their car and drive you to the facility. Took a few hours out of my day. It really wasn't a bad interview; the owner can be very finicky and demanding - as are the customers.
