They really want to make sure it’s a good fit. Expect to have a brief phone call, double (or triple in-person interview with the director of operations, and both floor leads). Overall process took about 2 weeks maybe 3. They don’t like staging so I was hired after waiting a while. Despite the high wages after tips, I didn’t move forward with it as I would have been the only person of color working in the front of house and I didn’t like that.
