Weisiger Group interview questions

-Overall excellent and highly professional experience. Everyone was kind, prompt, and had excellent interview questions (no major behavioral questions). -Was sourced through a recruiting agency, they scheduled a Zoom/Teams interview with hiring manager for about 30 min-1hr. -Quick turnaround time for scheduling second interview, in-person on-site meeting with ~6 individuals from various departments (that typically have high exposure to this role). Included is the hiring manager again and a member of the team this role would train/work alongside.

I was called in to interview with several groups of people that I would work with or around. A recruiter coordinated a half day or so of meetings that included the leaders of the group, developers and leads, even complementary areas. This was in 2017. The process seems to have changed to a central one.
