I applied online. Got a call from the HR who told me about the company and set up an interview. The interview was conducted by 2 people - a dev lead and a team member. They were very kind and informative. At first they told me more about the company and the product and their part in the development. Then they asked me about my previous jobs and projects that I worked on, focus largely on the technology and the architecture of the recent project I was working on. I didn't pass this interview but they told me that the next step is a home task and an in place review of the code.
