Welch Packaging interview questions

Met with plant manager and supervisor for first round, then general manager on a different day. Around 2 week process with background check and pre employment drug testing. Overall, pretty simple process.

It was quick and questions about my availability.How soon I could start. Would I be willing to do a drug test (?) I accepted and passed. What shift I preferred?I choose second shift. My interview hired me.I started right away.The interviewer was black women who warned me there would be racism at the job.I wasn't concerned about that it didn't serve me any purpose. I was excited about a new career in logistics. Had a second interview with a a male supervisor,who thought I was to professional and attractive to work in that environment,but he said okay I'll give you a chance!
