I was referred to Welkin by investors after our start up ceased operations. The process included a preliminary phone interview, very short sourcing/reach out exercise, an on-site that review ed skills with each team member and an emotional intelligence review.
It is embedded in Welkin's identity to build a truly inclusive, psychologically safe environment where you can be your most authentic self (even as a candidate). I have never felt more inspired than I have through this interview process and learning more about this team. I have nothing but respect for this organization and the culture + community they are building. Their candidate centric process is truly an aspiration. Although it didn't work out for me personally, Welkin is my first recommendation when I hear a friend is looking for a new position.
