WellCare interview questions

Amazing interview! I was comfortable through out the entire process and they asked great questions that challenged me, but lead to some amazing conversations. I’m excited to start working with this lovely company!

First I received a phone screen. Then I met with the Director of Therapy and the Lead Coordinator for a face-to-face interview. At the interview, 2-3 hours of shadowing is scheduled. After the shadow visits, a followup meeting is scheduled to discuss my experience in the field and determine if it is a good fit for me.
