The interview process involved 8 rounds of talking with 8 different people. Further, a detailed response was requested to outline strategic initiatives which was a disguise to get free work and ideas.
It was very disjointed. I don't think there is an HR department there. Maybe there is, but I never heard about one. The whole process felt very random at times.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wellesley Information Services (Dedham, MA)
Interview
The phone screen was very conversational and felt casual. The HR manager was pleasant. Upon arrival to the on-site interview I was let into the building by an employee. While I sat alone in the lobby, at least three people asked if they could help me. Everyone was very friendly. In person, I met with the HR manager, the hiring manager and three members of the upper management team. I met with each individually and showed my portfolio. It was conducted in a professional manner and was a positive experience. The interview felt natural and conversational. Not many canned questions.
