Applied on Linkedin which led to a Phone Interview Screening with HR. Once I got through HR screening I connected with one of their managers and had a longer phone interview about the position. Next steps would have been Skype.

Interview
First fill out the online application.
Second receive a recruiter phone screening call for about one hour.
Final steps include three rounds of in-person (at your local office, if possible) and/or skype interviews with the managment team in the United States.
