Interview

Went in for an interview. They were able to to it at the end of the day so I could leave work early to get there. There was about three people there. Took me for a walk around to say hello to the other staff (who also said whether they liked me or not when I was gone).

Question 1

Wanted to know about my past expereinces and skills and how they could be used. Wanted to see PCBs I had worked on and for me to explain them. There was one behavioural question: You're on a boat on a lake, you drop a cannon ball off the boat. What happens to the water level in the lake?

1). HRM called to discuss the role and company followed by scheduling an interview. 2). The interview was with the Engineering Manager & Technical Lead which lasted for about 1.5 hrs. It consisted of behavioural, situational followed by technical questions. 3). Reference checks.
