Welltok Project Manager interview questions

The initial phone call was scheduled for noon. I went out of my way and used my lunch for that call but the interviewer BAILED on me. I emailed her and she wanted to reschedule for 5:45PM that day. It was good and a great conversation! She immediately moved me to the next step. We had a great start! The next interview was challenging, not by questions but by time and energy. The in-person interview was almost 3 hours long with 5 people at a 30 minute interval. The candidate experience was exhausting and inconvenient. After all that, I waited a week, as they POSITIONED expectations, and NOTHING. I sent a follow up to check in but still, my inbox from them remains more silent than the suburbs of New Hampshire. As a candidate, it’s unethical to be ghosted. As a human, it’s disrespectful. It takes <2 minutes to send a rejection email. Please respect job seekers who consider to work for your organization.
