HR contacted me and discussed the position. It was a very friendly back-and-forth. Next, over a week later, I spoke with my future report who was an AVP. We spoke casually about the company, the position, what the company was doing and what they were trying to achieve with the new position. Weeks later, I spoke with another member (a parallell position) about the job and he had questions for me which I answered. A month later they reached out to me for an in-person interview with a VP and another senior manager. A month later I received a phone call, and then an offer letter. Takes about 3 months to get hired! But once you're in, they really take care of you.
