It’s a very drawn out process. The skill test could have been narrowed down to 3 photo/painting edits instead of the 10. There’s also a bizarre SAT-like test they make you do during this stage as well.
The Tampa in-person interview lasted about 6 hours, and I was never given any compensation for traveling. Even this far into the interview, I was never told what I could expect in terms of salary and benefits. Everyone seemed to be walking on eggshells in regards the CEO. When I met him, he was incredibly dismissive and was checking his phone the entire time. After a month of interviews, emails, and tests, I was ghosted.
