Manager called me to come to Wendy's and sat down with me, asked me a few questions and explained what he was looking for. Made me talk to the current employee for the position I was supposed to take over and ended up liking my interest in the job.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
