Interview
Applicants have to go through a screening process that includes:
1. First Interview with a shift supervisor or salary manager. (if we pass first interview, chances of getting the job go as high was 80%-90%)
2. Second Interview is usually with the General Manager of that particular store.

Question 1
After finishing your education, would you consider staying part of Wendy's Team or would you consider leaving Wendy's Team and moving on into your field of study?
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
