Interview
Short, to the point, very busy setting, with a relatively distracting environment, outfit doesn't matter, time is completely focused on you though, didn't care much about work experience, just asked when I could start
All good. Very friendly interviewers. Nice work environment. They seemed fair and open. They felt engaging and encouraging. The interviewer is receptive, the conversation flows naturally, and I could confidently showcase my skills. I left feeling valued, excited, and hopeful about the opportunity.
Unorganized process that made it clear the manager/owner was not in good control of things around there, or was spread way too thin. Unprofessional even though she was very kind.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wendy's (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Was asked five questions by the manager and then was offered position on the spot. The interview was quick and easy. I just came in and answered a few questions
