It was quick and easy. Basically if you’re a female who is attractive you got a job. If you’re not attractive or if you’re a male. Good luck. Why they do it that way I have no idea. It’s actually demeaning. But hey! I got the job and started work later that day
All good. Very friendly interviewers. Nice work environment. They seemed fair and open. They felt engaging and encouraging. The interviewer is receptive, the conversation flows naturally, and I could confidently showcase my skills. I left feeling valued, excited, and hopeful about the opportunity.
Unorganized process that made it clear the manager/owner was not in good control of things around there, or was spread way too thin. Unprofessional even though she was very kind.
