I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Saint Augustine, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Fast, simple, questions like, do you have transportation and will you work everyday? You go in and fill out an application on a certain day. The next day they call you and schedule a time to come in and interview. Once you are there they just want to make sure you can actually get to work and that you can move at a decent rate of speed, at least faster than an 80 year old. Don't act like you are too smart though because they don't want to deal with you getting upset when time for your .25 cent raise comes. Trust me .25 cents an hour raise is good with this company. I've seen a lot of people get .10 cents an hour raise after being there for a year.

Question 1
Do you have transportation? Can you work any shift on any day, especially weekends?
Efficiently managed the Wendy’s order process from start to finish, including drive-thru interaction, payment handling, and quality check. Ensured accurate fulfillment, maintained polite communication, and prioritized speed and customer satisfaction throughout the fast-paced food service experience.
First they called me for a quick phone interview, then after that they scheduled an interview for me in person. I showed up and they offered me a free large drink while I wait for the interview to conduct in the lobby. It only took about a half hour to go through the entire process, and the interview was pretty straight forward and exactly what I expected for an interview. They asked about teamwork experience, leadership positions, and experience. They also asked about answers that were provided on the application along with availability.

Question 1
What positions have you previously had that can transfer to this job?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wendy's (Baldwin, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
They called me to schedule an appointment for the next day which was very fast and well needed. The Assistant Manager asked me to sit and wait in the dinner room for about an hour. Then she brought me over to an empty table and asked me skill and personality related questions. she asked me about 10 of those she made some jokes in between which made it less nerve racking. After the interview she said see you soon and laughed and said well give u a call have a good night. It was a good experience.
