Question 1
Why did you choose our company? one word to describe myself. How would my manager describe me? what kind of manager I want to work with? What work I'm most proud of so far? what qualities do you show at work? What skill set you possess currently that you believe is useful for this role? What salary range you are expecting?
After applying online, I received an email within a week to schedule a phone screening. This initial call was with an HR representative. We discussed my background, why I was interested in the role, and some logistical details like potential start dates and salary expectations. A few days later, I was invited for a first-round in-person interview. It was a one-on-one session with the Head of the Finance Department. We went in-depth about my previous roles, technical expertise, and some hypothetical scenarios related to the job. I was also given an overview of the team I'd be working with and the projects they were currently handling. Subsequently, I was called back for a second-round interview. This time, it was a panel interview with three senior team members. We had a more detailed discussion about the role, and I was given a few case studies to understand how I approach problem-solving.
