Very easy interview process. I was contacted by the Manager after applying online and asked to come in for an in person interview the following week. The manager didn't have very many questions for me but instead spent most of the time telling me about the company. I was left to really drive the interview after he was done talking. you really need to come in prepared to ask a lot of questions.

Just a discussion about your experiences and what you've done. Its very casual and they mostly hire based off of personality. They usually do 2 interviews, but I was hired after one. On some interviews they will take you to lunch and chat about the industry.
