Substantive interview process: 1. Recruiter conducted a 30-minute phone screen. 2. Manager conducted a 60-month phone interview. 3. Three-person panel conducted a 2-hour in-person interview. 4. Client conducted a 30-minute meet-and-greet. 5. CEO met me for 30 minutes.
