Oh my...the woman that interviewed me needs a new gig. What's sad is that she's been doing it for a very long time apparently. Call was cold, impersonal. Direct reflection of company culture here and a red flag for sure. I laughed as I got off the call knowing I'd be declined even though I bring ample experience and perspective.

Let's just say the call began with no hi how are you or anything. It was questions out of the gate with uh huh responses before moving on to next question promptly. Terrible candidate experience. Time to set this recruiter off in to early retirement.
