West Coast University interview questions

The interview process was quite thorough. I had the opportunity to meet many colleagues throughout the institution. It was completed remotely which was also convenient. I think that the team did a great job with this but the interview was quite time consuming. I can see how that was important though and helped ensure that the faculty was well qualified and a good fit on both sides

I was contacted by a remote HR staff member, and did a phone interview. The person I spoke with was not aware about the detail of the potion they were hiring for. They had little interest in my resume. The person I spoke with told me that they did not intend to honor the salary ranges listed on their job ad. I did not continue to peruse the position.
