Interview
Lots of financial questions. P&L review, budgeting etc. Also a lot behavioral questions. My interviewer was well versed in how to interview. The questions were designed to lead you down a thought path in order to really determine what matters to you and how you function in a high paced potentionally stressful atmosphere. The John Maxwell book Good Leaders ask Great Questions might be helpful in understanding the process.

Interview
3 interview process. Standard questions asked with focus on customer experience, time management, and expense control. First interview with Hiring DM. Second with a second DM, 3rd with HR Partner
Smooth interview process and the company is good with promoting from within. I enjoy my job very much and right now is a very exciting time to work for the company.
